Privacy policy
Draft, needs legal review. This is a plain description of how the app works today, not final legal text.
What we hold
- Your account: name, email, phone (optional) and a hashed password. We never store your password itself.
- For agencies: the agency name and contact details, and the properties, listings, enquiries and buyer contact details you put into PropertyAsset.
- For vendors: your auctions. Your contact details and street address are shared only with the agency you select.
- A record of what people and AI agents did in the app (approvals, proposals, AI actions), so every action can be checked afterwards.
AI
Text you give an AI agent, and the property facts it works from, is sent to our AI provider to produce a draft. AI drafts are never sent or published without a person approving them.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account in Settings at any time. Your name, email and phone are removed and you can no longer sign in. Records of what was done in the app are kept without your personal details, so the audit trail stays intact. An agency whose only owner deletes their account keeps its records under the agency name.
